Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Marg Safety (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Marg Safety website, applications, QR-based services, tracking systems, and any other related media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the Platform and must discontinue use immediately.

User Representations

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it.
• You have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms.
• You are not a minor (at least 18 years of age).
• You will not access the Platform through automated or non-human means (bots, scripts).
• Your use will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

Prices for products or services may change at any time without prior notice. All payments shall be processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as required by law.

Medical & Emergency Service

Marg Safety provides technology designed to assist in identification and communication; however, we do not guarantee:

• Prevention of accidents
• Immediate emergency response
• Saving of life or property

Ambulance response time and hospital treatment depend entirely on independent service providers over whom Marg Safety has no operational control. Our platform acts only as a facilitator.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription or service at any time by logging into your account or contacting us. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued unless required by law.
